Geeta Temple is a center for spiritual enlightenment for the people in New York. Swami Jagdishwaranand established this temple in 1979 with the help of devotees. It serves the Indian community in New York with weekly programs and Hindu festivals on regular basis.Shri Geeta Mandir Nagpur, is one of the biggest temples in Nagpur serving the community since 1945. It organizes famous Hindu festivals involving citizens and children. The pictures on the left show Geeta Jayanti Mahotsava in which school children from 90 schools in the region participated.
